Drivers have a licence, proving they have passed a test confirming that they can drive a vehicle to an approved standard, but there isn’t a qualification to prove that they understand the complicated Drivers Hours and Tachograph Regulations.
Drivers and Managers can fall foul of the regulations due to misunderstanding or not remaining up to date with rules.
Passing this exam proves the candidate does have a good understanding (Level 3) of the Drivers Hours and Tachograph rules. This can be beneficial for drivers seeking employment, operators displaying a higher level of training to their clients or operators displaying conformation to authorities.

Dangerous Goods Consignor
The Dangerous Goods Consignor course is specifically designed to train personnel who are involved in the consignment and forwarding of dangerous goods. This applies to such personnel who are employed by the road vehicle operator or the consignor, personnel who load or unload dangerous goods, personnel in freight forwarding agencies and drivers of vehicles.
It is our aim for this course that all who attend will be proficient in ascertaining that dangerous goods are classified and authorised for carriage in accordance with ADR.

Security of Dangerous Goods
As well as being a requirement for personnel, those of us involved with dangerous goods have a greater responsibility than most to apply security and prevent them from falling into the wrong hands.
As such, this course is designed for everybody involved in the industry, from managers, supervisors and other decision makers, to drivers and operational staff.
This course can take place in the classroom or remotely, and covers all of the essential aspects of security involved in the carriage, operation and storage of these items, such as:
Recognising and addressing the nature of security risks
Methods to address and reduce risks
Actions to be taken in the event of a security breach
The implementation of policies and procedures involved in a security plan
This course is approved which means that you will be provided with a certificate upon completion.
Dangerous Goods Awareness
Those involved in the packing, loading, unloading, consigning and transporting of dangerous goods are required to be suitable trained and hold a solid knowledge of dangerous goods awareness.
